Where Can I Find All Calendar Appointments For My Patient?

How can I get a complete list of past and future patient appointments from my calendar system?

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Combined Admissions, Admissions Worker, Admissions and VOB worker with Reports

Resolution

A new section has been added where users can view and manage all calendar appointments associated with the patient. This section includes show/hide functionality, allowing users to control the visibility of specific appointment data points, providing a customizable and streamlined experience.

To locate this, please follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Kipu CRM Dashboard > Click on Record Tab.
2. Search for the patient whose appointments you want to review from the grid.
3. Click on patient name to populate focus panel.
4. From the Focus panel > click on the Patient name to open the patient chart.
5. On the left panel, click on Calendar Appointment to see all the appointments scheduled for the patient.
6. Under Calendar Appointments, you will see a list of all the scheduled appointments for the patient.

You can now view Scheduled Appointments for any patient directly from the Patient's Focus Panel.

Note: This is a view-only feature, and no actions can be taken from this section.

• To locate this, please follow the Steps 1 to 3 as given above. Once you the focus pabel open click on the Patient Appointment to see the list of all the Scheduled appointments.
