Before contacting Kipu CRM Support Representative, visit our Help & Training Center to see if we already have an answer for you. If you're unable to find the answer to your question, engage your Super Admin for help and assistance. When self-help has been exhausted and assistance is needed from a Kipu CRM Support Representative, please use one of the methods listed below.
Create a Ticket
- From the CRM, click on your name and choose Help Center.
- Click on the Submit a Ticket link in the header.
- A Support Representative will respond to your case as quickly as possible.
- To view open or past requests, click on your name and choose Requests.
If you aren't signed into the Help Center, you'll see a Sign In link at the top of the page.
- Click the Sign In link.
- Sign into the CRM using the email address and password associated with your account.
- This will automatically sign you into the Help Center and allow you to submit a new ticket or view past tickets.
Please note: You must log into your CRM instance to access the Help Center. If you're having trouble accessing the Help Center, let us know!
Send an Email
You can reach us by email at crmsupport@kipu.health. Once received, a ticket will automatically be created for tracking purposes.
Important:
- Support requests are acknowledged within 24 - 48 hours from the time they are processed, although actual response time may be faster.
- Our Kipu CRM Customer Support Department is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, excluding company holidays, internal training, or other planned and communicated outages.
