How Can I Suppress Updates To A Specific Audience List For My Email Marketing Integration in The CRM?

I would like to be able to update only specific lists in the email marketing section, how do I do that?

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Superusers, Integrations

Resolution

The Configure Email Marketing section allows users to suppress specific audience lists configured in the Kipu CRM. Follow the steps below to use this feature. 

  1. Begin by selecting Admin > Security > Configure Email Marketing.
  2. In the Email Marketing Settings page, locate the Audience list you wish to suppress and select the checkbox named Suppress List before clicking Update.
  3. After updating, select Sync Mail to complete the process.
