How Do I Reset My Email Marketing Integration?

Issue

How do I reset the Email Marketing integration that is currently tied to my Kipu CRM? I need to perform this action due to one of the following scenarios:

  • The authentication Token for integration has expired and no further updates are passed to my Email Marketing Provider
  • I need to switch the Email Marketing provider currently integrated with my Kipu CRM

Environment

  • Product: Kipu CRM
  • Roles: Super User, Marketing Only for 3rd Party Marketing Setup (With Reports), Business Development, Business Development Plus, Referral Source Management, Referral Source Management Plus, Combined (Admissions and B.D.), and Combined +
  • Location: Configure Email Marketing Page

Resolution

To successfully reset the Email Marketing integration tied to your Kipu CRM, please refer to the steps below.

  • Login to the Kipu CRM.
  • Navigate to Admin > Security > Configure Email Marketing.
  • Within the Configure Email Marketing page, select the Reset icon.
  • All settings associated with the Email Marketing integration will be cleared from the page. 
  • Please allow about 5 minutes to elapse before proceeding with re-authenticating or setting up a new email marketing integration.
