How do I credit a referral to a Marketing Event in Kipu CRM? 

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Admissions Worker, Limited Admissions Worker, Restricted Admissions Worker, Combined (Admissions and B.D.), Combined +,  Alumni/Aftercare Worker, Super User

Important
If you are managed by a third-party biller, it is possible you will not see these roles available for your tenant. Contact support for more assistance.

Resolution

For guidance on how to attribute a referral to a marketing event in Kipu CRM, please refer to the steps below. 

  1. Using the global search bar, search for your desired patient.
  2. Click on your desired search result to access the patient record.
  3. In the patient record, select Treatment Opportunities on the left-side panel.
  4. Click on the desired treatment opportunity on file for the patient to access the record.
  5. Scroll down to the Referred Through section of the treatment opportunity.
  6. Select the X icon to remove the current referred through present on the treatment opportunity.
  7. Click the Type field to display the list of available referred through options. Select Marketing Event from the list.
  8. Next, select the desired Campaign Source and Marketing Event Source to attribute to the treatment opportunity.
    1. Important
      The selected Campaign Source determines the available list of Marketing Events that can be attributed to the treatment opportunity. Ensure the appropriate Campaign Source is chosen to display the relevant Marketing Events.

  9. Lastly, select Save to record your documentation.
