I want to find out if a payer allows Instant VOBs.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User | Admission Worker | Combined +
Resolution
To see if a payer supports Instant VOBs, just follow the steps below.
- Go to the CRM Dashboard > Click on Admin > Select Payor Administration
- Click on the name of the payer you want to check
- On the right side, look at the Focus Panel
- If the Coverage says Yes, it means this payer supports Instant VOBs
