How do I edit the address of a location within a facility in the CRM?

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Features: Facilities/Locations

Resolution

Super users can add or edit the locations within the facility by following the steps below. 

  1. Navigate to the facility menu by selecting CRM > Organization > Facilities.
  2. Select the Facility. This opens the information modal on the right-hand side. 
  3. Open the Location by clicking on the Location Name.

  4. Within the facility information page, navigate to the locations by scrolling to the bottom of the page or selecting Locations
  5. Locate the Location you want to edit and click View.
  6. Update the information as needed and click Save Changes.
