I need assistance with exporting a list of referral source contacts from our Kipu BI reports.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: N/A | Referral Source Contacts
Important
In order to access the referral source related BI dashboards, the user must have the Referral Analytics group tag applied to their profile. For guidance on how to add this permission, please click here.
Note
The data refresh process for the BI analytics will occur every 5 hours.
Resolution
- Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Referral Source Contact Analysis.
- Select the Contact Details tab at the top left to view the referral source contact records in the system.
- Hover your mouse over the Referral Source Contact Details report and select the vertical ellipsis icon that appears. Next, choose your desired export option.
