How Do I Give a User BI Access?

Issue

I need to add or edit BI Access so that it appears within the User Management Grid.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Features: User Management

Resolution

  1. A Super User can add this access by navigating to the Manage Users section by selecting Admin > Security > Manage Users.
  2. Under User Management, select the desired user name. to open the profile modal on the right.
  3. Then select Notifications & Settings and click the BI Analytics Groups field. Choose the desired Analytics categories from the available list, then click Save Changes. Allow 1-3 minutes for the changes to go into effect.
  4. Refresh your browser and open the user management section again. The BI Access will now display Yes indicating that the user now has access.

Cause

A user hasn't had the correct BI Access added to their profile.
