Issue
I need to export data from Kipu BI.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: All users, Kipu BI
Resolution
In a Kipu BI report, a user will navigate to the upper right-hand corner in the desired widget and select the Menu options icon, followed by choosing to export.
Important
Kipu BI access must be granted in a user's profile for those who wish to access specific reporting subjects in Kipu BI. For more information see: How do I give a user BI access?
- From the landing page, select the Analytics tab> Kipu BI> Opportunity Analysis report
- Using the scrollbar on the right-hand side of the screen, scroll down to the Opportunity Details area.
- Hover your mouse over the widget. Two small icons should appear side-by-side on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. One to Maximize the grid and the other to access Menu options.
- Select the three vertical dots icon to access Menu options.
- Choose Export to CSV or Export to Excel, which will export the file as an Excel file.
- When the file has finished downloading, select the file to open from the downloads area of your browser.
- You should now be viewing the extracted data in the Excel file.
