I'm Getting an Error When I Try to Export a Grid

Issue

I am trying to export a grid, but the file is coming in blank with the exception of the column titles.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Grids 

Resolution

1. Navigate from CRM Dashboard to the grid of your choice, e.g., Referral Source.
   
   
2. Right-click anywhere within the grid, hover over Grid State and select Reset.
3. Reload the grid, then try exporting the grid again. 

Cause

This issue usually occurs when clients apply too many filters to one report.
