How Do I Associate a Communication Log to a Treatment Opportunity?

I need to associate an existing communication log with a treatment opportunity.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Patient Records, Treatment Opportunity, Roles: Admission Worker

Resolution

  1. Access the Patient Record using the Global Search bar from the landing page. Enter and select the patient or prospect's name.                                                                         
  2. Using the navigation menu select Treatment Opportunities.
  3. Select the treatment opportunity you wish to associate to the communication log.
  4. In the treatment opportunity, navigate to the Communication Logs section.
  5. Select the Associate an Existing Communication Log field and use the drop-down menu to associate an existing communication log.  
  6. Select Save Changes.
