How Do I Send A Live Assessment After a Treatment Opportunity Was Pushed to the EMR?

Issue

I transferred an opportunity to the EMR but forgot to include the live form assessment. How do I correct this issue?

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Admissions Worker, Combined (Admissions and B.D.), Combined +, Super User

Resolution

Use the Re-Enable Transfer to EMR button to push the Treatment Opportunity to the EMR again. Doing so will allow the user to include the missing assessment, as long as the patient has not been admitted and assigned an MR number. 

1. Navigate to the patient record by entering the patient's name in the Global Search Bar.
2. Select Treatment Opportunities from the panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Identify and open the desired treatment opportunity by clicking on the line item.  
4. Select Re-Enable Transfer to EMR.  
5. Select Transfer to EMR.
6. Move the toggle to the right for the assessment(s) you wish to include.
7. Click Queue Transfer To EMR.
