How Do I Add a Signature Requirement To My Assessments So it Will Reflect in The EMR Version?

How do I add the ability for one of my users to sign off on the assessment after it has been passed to the EMR?

Environment

Kipu CRM, Assessments Roles: Any role listed below can create or manage Assessments.

  • Super User
  • RB Client Super User
  • RB Client Super User with User Management
  • Kipu CRM Super User 
  • Combined (Admissions and B.D.)
  • Combined +
  • VOB Worker
  • Restricted Admissions Worker

Resolution

  1. Navigate to CRM > Admissions Management > Template Designer. 
  2. Use the Select an Assessment to Edit field of the Template Designer to search for and select the desired form template. 
  3. Once the form template populates, select the Signature field to review selectable options.
  4.  Select the role you wish to add from the drop-down list.
  5. Select Save Changes
