How Can I Check All The Assessments That Were Completed In Any Given Timeframe?

I need a method to identify all assessments that have been completed in any given time period.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: N/A, Kipu BI

Resolution

For guidance on how to view all assessments that were completed for any given time period, please refer to the steps below.

Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Assessment Analysis.
In the Tx Opp & Assessments 2.0 tab, select controls to access the available filters.
Select the Latest Response Date filter.
Designate your desired timeframe.
Reference the # of Answered Assessments widget to confirm the total number of assessments that have been completed in the timeframe.

Important
This tab in Assessment Analysis will only recognize assessments that have been associated to a treatment opportunity. For guidance on how to associate forms to opportunities, please click here.

Here are the alternative steps to find the total number of assessments performed in any given time period without needing the form to be linked to the treatment opportunity:

Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Assessment Analysis.
Select the Data tab.
In the Data tab, select controls to access the available filters.
Select the Latest Response Date filter.
Designate your desired timeframe.
Once you have applied your desired filters, review the Assessment Data table to view all forms that were completed in the designated timeframe.
