Outbound Call List: Quick Action Capabilities

The Outbound Call List provides CRM users with numerous quick action capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity in the system.

Accessing Outbound Call List

  • Select CRM > Admissions Management > Queues > Outbound Call List from the CRM Landing Page Dashboard.

Right-Click Quick Actions

When a user right-clicks anywhere on the Outbound Call List, they will open a menu with the following options:

  • Open Patient Information: Click this option to go to the patient information section of the patient tied to the Outbound Call request.
  • Add Opportunity: Click this option to quickly create a treatment opportunity for the patient associated with the Outbound Call request.
  • Set Disposition: Click this option to trigger the Outbound Call Disposition modal to appear, allowing the user to process the outbound call request.
  • Assign To: Click this option to assign the Outbound Call request to a user in your CRM.
  • Remove: Click this option to remove the Outbound Call request from the Outbound Call List.

Focus Panel Quick Actions

Select the Outbound Call record to open the Patient Focus Panel.

Patient Information 

This section covers the quick action capabilities available from the Patient Information tab. 

  • If you click on the hamburger menu, you'll see the following options:  
    • Open Patient Profile: When selected, the user will be taken to the patient information section of the patient associated with the treatment opportunity.
    • Manage Uploads: When selected, the user will be presented with the manage files modal allowing them to upload any relative files to the patient record.
    • Create Task: When selected, the user will be presented with the Task Information modal allowing them to quickly create a task tied to the patient's record.
    • Add Insurance: When selected, the user will be presented with the Patient Insurance modal allowing them to easily create a new insurance set on the patient's record.
    • Add Communication Log: When selected, the user will be presented with the patient communication log modal allowing them to quickly document an interaction that occurred related to the patient. 
  • Below the patient information is the Opportunity Details. Click on the hamburger icon 
    • Open Opportunity: Click this option to navigate to the treatment opportunity admission details screen.
    • Edit Opportunity: Choose Edit Opportunity to open the Edit Treatment Opportunity modal.

Insurance Details

The Insurance Details tab will allow you to view and perform tasks and actions related to the patient's insurance. Click the hamburger icon next to the Insurance type to open the quick actions menu.

  • Open Insurance: Select this option to open the detailed Patient Insurance Information for the insurance record.
  • Edit Insurance: Click here to open the Patient Insurance modal tied to the associated insurance record.
  • Instant VOB: Select this option to perform an instant VOB on the associated insurance record.
  • Phone VOB:  Select this option to send a phone VOB request to the VOB 2.0 application.
  • Outside VOB: Select this option to open the email distribution modal and send the associated insurance details to an outside billing company. 

Activities 

You can quickly add communications and notes to the patient from the Activities tab.

  • Click Add Communication Log to open the patient communication log modal and document a patient-related interaction.
  • Click Add Note to open the Patient Note modal and create a note tied to the patient's record. 

Assessments

You can add, answer, and delete assessments directly from the Assessments tab.

  • To add a new assessment, choose from the dropdown list of available assessments. The chosen template will be associated with the treatment opportunity.
  • Click Answer next to an existing assessment to open the form without navigating away from this screen.
  • Click Delete to delete the assessment from the patient's record.
