How do I trigger a patient record to flow over to my Email Marketing Integration? (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or Constant Contact)

Ensure that your email marketing integration is correctly set up within your CRM
Resolution
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to enable patient records to flow into your Email Marketing Integration, such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact.
Please follow the below steps to enable a patient record to flow over to your email Marketing app:

Using the Global Search Bar, search for your desired prospect/patient record and select them from the search results.
- On the patient chart locate the Email Marketing, Opts.

Check the option for email marketing consent (e.g., "Opt-in for Email Marketing").

Save the changes to update the patient record.
Important
Confirm Data Sync in the Email Marketing Platform
1. Log into Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact.
2. Navigate to the contact list or audience section.
3. Search for the patient’s email to confirm successful synchronization.
4. If the patient record does not appear, manually refresh the sync or check integration settings.
