Outbound Call List Grid Overview

The Outbound Call List feature simplifies the creation and organization of call lists directly from the patient page. This feature will allow you to track calls, mark completions, and make notes on interactions for efficient management.

Requirements

The user must have one of the following security roles:

    • Super User
    • Admission Worker
    • Combined +
    • Combined (Admissions and B.D.)

Important: If you are managed by a third-party biller, it is possible you will not see these roles available for your tenant. Contact support for more assistance.

Locating the Outbound Call List

For guidance on how to locate the Outbound Call List, follow the steps below.

  • Select CRM > Admissions Management > Queues > Outbound Call List.2025-04-17_13-25-40.png

Functionality

The Outbound Call List allows users to efficiently manage and process outbound calls, offering quick action capabilities that boost productivity and enhance efficiency for outreach teams.

Toggle Breakdown

  • When the Outbound Call List is toggled to Viewing New Records, it will display all unprocessed outbound call requests awaiting completion.
  • When the Outbound Call List is toggled to Viewing Disposition Records, it will display all processed outbound call requests that do not require further action.

Focus Panel Breakdown

Upon selecting the patient record present on the Outbound Call List, the system will present the user with a focus panel showcasing key information relative to the patient tied to the outbound call request. Additionally, the focus panel offers quick action capabilities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency in the CRM.

Patient Information

The Patient Information tab of the focus panel will showcase the following key information:

    • Patient Code
    • Patient Classification
    • Date of Birth
    • Current Age
    • Gender
    • Gender Identity
    • Patient Record Status
    • Reason
    • Email
    • Primary Phone Number
    • Address Details
    • Opportunity Details (Based on the most recent opportunity on file)
    • Referred Through Details (Based on the most recent opportunity on file) 

Insurance Details

The Insurance Details tab of the focus panel will showcase the following key information:

    • Insurance Type
    • Payor Name
    • Insurance Category
    • Member ID
    • Group Number
    • Plan Type
    • Subscriber Name
    • Subscriber DOB
    • Instant VOB Date
    • Instant VOB Status
    • Phone VOB Date
    • Phone VOB Status
    • Version 

Activities

The Activities tab of the focus panel will showcase the following key information:

      • Communication Logs
      • Date of Communication
      • Contact With
      • Reason
      • Follow Up Date
      • Notes
      • Patient Notes
      • Create Date
      • Notes 

Assessments

The Assessments tab of the focus panel will showcase the following key information:

    • Assessment Name
    • Create Date
    • Last Updated Date
    • Progress Percentage
