Customize List Guide

The Customize Lists application allows Kipu CRM Super Users to control which items are available in drop-down lists throughout the system.

You can control the list items for the following drop-downs:

Categories Categories
Call Queue Dispositions Organization Types
Contact Relationships Outbound Disposition
Contact Types Patient Status
Denial Criteria Placement Level
Employment Status Plan Type
Form Queue Dispositions Referred Through Type
Genre of Care Seeking Treatment For
Interested In Types of Care
Method of Payment  

 

Customize List

Let's review how to customize the values available in your lists. 

  1. Navigate to Admin > Preferences > Customize Lists.

  2.  Click on the Preference Type field and choose the desired option from the drop-down list.

  3. In this example, we selected Call Queue Dispositions. The application will display all available values for the list type selected.

  4. Use the Yes/No toggles to indicate whether the values should be visible in the drop-down list or not.

  5. Once you have completed adjusting your preferences, please perform a hard refresh to ensure the changes take effect. To hard refresh, follow the instructions below:
    • On a Windows computer hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
    • On a Mac computer hold down Cmd and Shift, and then press R on your keyboard.
