The Customize Lists application allows Kipu CRM Super Users to control which items are available in drop-down lists throughout the system.
You can control the list items for the following drop-downs:

Customize List
Let's review how to customize the values available in your lists.
- Navigate to Admin > Preferences > Customize Lists.
- Click on the Preference Type field and choose the desired option from the drop-down list.
- In this example, we selected Call Queue Dispositions. The application will display all available values for the list type selected.
- Use the Yes/No toggles to indicate whether the values should be visible in the drop-down list or not.
- Once you have completed adjusting your preferences, please perform a hard refresh to ensure the changes take effect. To hard refresh, follow the instructions below:
- On a Windows computer hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
- On a Mac computer hold down Cmd and Shift, and then press R on your keyboard.
