Manage Opportunity Statuses

Super Users can update the list of available opportunity statuses and their related progress percentage to better reflect the pre-admission process at their organization.

Required Permissions: You must be a Super Admin to manage Opportunity Statuses.  

 

 

 

Managing Opportunity Statuses

Use the following steps to modify the list of opportunity statutes for your Treatment Opportunities

  1. Navigate to Admin > Preferences > Select Manage Opportunity Statuses.

  2. Click Edit to begin modifying your list of opportunity statuses.
  3. The Manage Opportunity Status pop-up window will appear, displaying the entire list of available opportunity statuses and any previous customizations made to this list.2023-04-06_13-58-10.png
  4. You can set the related progress percentage for each visible status in the Percentage column.
  5. Some statuses cannot be changed manually. You will only see the show icon next to them.

  6. This percent displays in the Progress bar on the Treatment Opportunity and Pipeline grid when this status is selected.2023-04-11_11-24-34.png
  7. Upon changing the opportunity status, there will be an auto-generated SMS or email alert sent out to the patient.

  8. The notification text will go to the saved number on the patient record.

  9. Use the buttons in the Action column to modify which statuses appear in the opportunity status drop-down on the treatment episode:
    • Show: If you see this button, this status is currently hidden and won't display on the Opportunity Status drop-down list on the treatment episode. Click the Show button to add this status. 
    • Hide: If you see this button, this status is currently available on the treatment episode list. Click the Hide button to remove this status.
  10. Once you are done with your modifications, scroll to the end of the window and click Close.
  11. Perform a hard refresh to ensure your changes take effect in the system.
    • For Mac computers: Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.
    • For Microsoft computers: Click F5 (or Fn key and F5 at the same time).
