IP Whitelist

The IP Whitelist feature adds a layer of protection to your CRM experience. This feature will allow the organization to handpick the exact IP addresses that are authorized to access your CRM environment.

Requirements

Only Super Users can manage the IP Whitelist. 

Configuration

Let's review how to whitelist IP addresses for your CRM tenant.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Security > Manage IP Whitelists.

  2. Complete the rule name, starting IPv4, and ending IPv4 fields.
  3. To easily obtain your IP Address, you can select Add, which will trigger the system to automatically recognize and add your current IP address.

    • Alternatively, users can click here and copy the IPv4 data point. 

  4. Select SAVE to record.
  5. Please repeat the steps above to add in all desired IP addresses to the whitelist.
  6. Once the Super User has verified that all necessary staff members have their IP addresses listed, please send an email to CRMsupport@kipuhealth.com to request activation of the feature.

Important: It may take up to 10 minutes for the IP Whitelist feature to take effect once activated. Additionally, if an IP address is added to the list post-activation, it may take up to an hour for the system to recognize it.
