The Employee Type field allows organizations to classify each user based on their responsibility/role at the facility.
Required Permissions
Only the Application Support employee type contains special functionality.
- Application Support: Kipu Staff only
- Associate: Assigned to users with limited or subordinate membership at an organization
- Director: Assigned to users who oversee an activity, department, or organization
- Executive: Assigned to users with senior managerial responsibility in a business organization
- Manager: Assigned to users that are responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company or similar organization
- Supervisor: Assigned to users who supervise a person or an activity within an organization
- Third-Party Support Active: Assigned to users that are acting as 3rd party support who are not Kipu staff
- Third-Party Support Inactive: Assigned to users that are no longer acting as 3rd party support who are not Kipu staff
- Worker: Assigned to users who perform a specified type of work at an organization
