If you ever need to terminate a user's account, use the following steps.

Navigate to Admin > Security > Manage Users.

Locate the user whose account you would like to terminate.

The Select a Security and Termination Date field must be modified to disable or terminate a user profile:

Once the indicated fields have been modified, remember to click Save Changes.

The terminated user profile will now move to the inactive user management list. You can toggle between Active and Inactive users.
