The Task Mass Update feature will grant users the ability to make mass updates to assignees and task statuses.
Required Permissions
The Task Mass Update feature can only be accessed by users that are set as the Task Team Manager and have the Super User security role.
Important
Neither task assignee nor status can be updated if the task is in the Canceled, Rejected, or Complete status.
How to Setup Update
- The Task Team Manager must navigate to the Task Center by selecting the Tasks widget, found on the landing page dashboard.
- Navigate to Team Task Area.
- Enable the Mass Update toggle.
- Once the Mass Update toggle is enabled, a new Select column will appear.
- The Select column allows the user to choose specific tasks to update. You can utilize the filters on any desired column to further refine your results. Otherwise, users can click Select All to quickly select all tasks for the mass update. Once you have selected your desired task records, select Update.
- The following prompt will appear. Click Continue if you would like to finalize your mass update.
- A Toastr notification will display the total number of task records updated.
- Refresh your web page to remove all mass update applications from your task grid.
Important
Please note, the task mass update feature will only affect 100 records at a time.
