Why Are My Emails No Longer Being Tracked in The System?

Issue

My Gmail correspondences sent by subscribed users are no longer populating in the CRM.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Gmail 

Resolution

Users will need to re-authorize the integration by unsubscribing and re-subscribing to the Gmail integration.

  1. Visit the following URL: https://www.kipucrm.com/#!/main/gmail
  2. Select Google Security Checkup.
  3. Within Security Checkup, select Third-party access.
  4. Locate Kipu CRM and select Remove Access.
  5. Now that you have unauthorized the Kipu CRM for your Gmail integration, return to https://www.kipucrm.com/#!/main/gmail.
  6. Select Authorize KIPU CRM.
  7. Login to your Gmail account.
    • Note: The Gmail account selected must be the same email you use to login to the Kipu CRM
  8. Select Allow.
  9. Return to https://www.kipucrm.com/#!/main/gmail and select Subscribe to Gmail.
    • Once all the steps above have been completed, the message tracking function will come back online after 24 hours.
