Issue
My Gmail correspondences sent by subscribed users are no longer populating in the CRM.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Gmail
Resolution
Users will need to re-authorize the integration by unsubscribing and re-subscribing to the Gmail integration.
- Visit the following URL: https://www.kipucrm.com/#!/main/gmail
- Select Google Security Checkup.
- Within Security Checkup, select Third-party access.
- Locate Kipu CRM and select Remove Access.
- Now that you have unauthorized the Kipu CRM for your Gmail integration, return to https://www.kipucrm.com/#!/main/gmail.
- Select Authorize KIPU CRM.
- Login to your Gmail account.

Note: The Gmail account selected must be the same email you use to login to the Kipu CRM

- Select Allow.
- Return to https://www.kipucrm.com/#!/main/gmail and select Subscribe to Gmail.
- Once all the steps above have been completed, the message tracking function will come back online after 24 hours.
