To add a new facility in the CRM, you will need to contact your Client Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM will create an opportunity with the CRM Implementations team and review any contractual requirements with you. If you need help connecting with your CSM, please reach out to CRM Support, and they will be happy to assist you in contacting the CSM team.
