How can I add or edit Patient Priority so that it appears within the Opportunity Pipeline?

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Features: Grids
Resolution
Any Super User in the CRM can add or manage Custom Patient Priority tags by following the steps below.
- Select CRM > Organization > Tenant > Custom Patient Priority.
- Enter the priority name into the Description field, set the Active toggle to Yes, and select Add Item.
- Click the Arrows to set the priorities' importance in your custom list before selecting Save Changes.
Important
The Priority tags with the highest position value will appear at the top of the admissions pipeline grid when sorted in descending order.
- Next, open any Treatment Opportunity, click the Priority field, select the Custom Priority of your choosing, and click Save Changes.
- Return to the Pipeline. The Patient Priority will now be visible.
- Note: In order for Priority to be the first column in the pipeline, you will need to customize your grid. For information on customizing your grid, click here.
