The patient address types that appear on the EMR Facesheet from the CRM are Billing and Mailing. These address types are set within the CRM when creating the address records.
Once a Treatment Opportunity is pushed to the EMR and accepted, the addresses will land on the EMR Facesheet as follows by default:
- The Billing type address will be identified as the Current Address.
- The Mailing type address will be identified as the Alternate Address.
