Issue
I need to upload a document to a patient's record.

Kipu CRM, Roles: Admissions Worker, Combined (Admissions and BD), Combined +, Super User
Resolution
You can upload a document to a patient's record by using the Manage Files area on their information page.
- Using the Global Search bar at the top of the screen enter and select the desired patient's record.
- Once their information page loads on your screen, select Manage Files.
- In the manage files area, drag and drop a file from your computer into the highlighted area or click on it to search for and upload files.
- When you select click here, you will see a window where you can select files from your local hard drive. Choose the file you'd like to upload and click Open.
- Select Close after the file has been added.
