How do I re-label an attachment that is linked to one of my patient records?

Environment

Kipu CRM Roles: External 3rd Party VOB Worker, Admission Worker, Combined +, Combined (Admissions and B.D.), Super User, Limited Admissions Worker, VOB Worker, Restricted Admissions Worker, Alumni/Aftercare Worker, Features: Manage Files, Patient Records 

Important
If you are managed by a third-party biller, it is possible you will not see these roles available for your tenant. Contact support for more assistance.

Resolution

For guidance on how to relabel files attached to a patient record, please refer to the information below.

  1. Access your desired patient record.
  2. Select the Manage Files icon.
  3. You will see a list of files attached to the patient record. To relabel a file, click the context menu icon next to the file you wish to edit.
  4. Select Rename File.
  5. Proceed to edit the name of the file. Once completed, select Save.
  6. The new name will be applied to the file. Once completed, select Close.

Please reference this article in case you are interested in relabeling files that are attached to your patient records in Kipu CRM. At times, users may want to set an easily identifiable name to files uploaded to the system.
