Issue
I'd like to add a patient's call queue record to their treatment opportunity.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Admissions Worker, Combined (Admissions and BD), Combined +, Super User, Patient/Prospect Records
Resolution
Once a treatment opportunity has been created, any associated call queue records can be added to it using the Associated Call Queue field.
- Enter and select the client's name or patient code in the search bar to pull up their record.
- Next, click on Treatment Opportunities in the panel on the left, then click on the appropriate treatment opportunity to open it.
- Scroll down to the Associated Call Queue or Associated Form Queue section.
- Right-click the Associate an Existing Call Queue Record text to access the drop-down menu.
- Choose the Call Queue Record you want to associate to the treatment opportunity.
- You may repeat steps 4 and 5 to associate additional records.
- When you're done, be sure to click Save Changes.
