What specific clearinghouse does the Kipu CRM utilize to support instant VOB functionality? Additionally, do both the Kipu CRM & Kipu EMR utilize the same clearinghouse?

Resolution

• The Kipu CRM & Kipu EMR systems both utilize Eligible as our primary clearinghouse provider. However, they can be used independent of one another. If you need to run an instant VOB in the CRM, its based on the Tax ID and NPI set up on the facility tied to the patient record.
