Issue
I want to add custom patient alerts to a patient's chart in CRM.
Resolution
- Navigate to Admin> Preferences > Manage Alerts.
- Add a Name, Severity Level, and Description for the alert, then select Save Item.
- You’ll now see the newly created alert in the list.
- Open the patient's record and click on the alert icon.
- Select the newly created patient alert.
- Once the desired patient alert is selected, click Save Changes.
- Reopening the patient’s record will display the alert.
