How do I manage patient alerts?

Issue 
I want to add custom patient alerts to a patient's chart in CRM.   

Resolution

  • Navigate to Admin> Preferences > Manage Alerts.
     
  • Add a NameSeverity Level, and Description for the alert, then select Save Item.
     
  • You’ll now see the newly created alert in the list.
  • Open the patient's record and click on the alert icon.
  • Select the newly created patient alert.

  • Once the desired patient alert is selected, click Save Changes.

     
  • Reopening the patient’s record will display the alert.
