Opportunity Statuses: Prospect statuses define where a specific lead/prospect is in the process of admissions. The system contains over 60 + unique admission steps, however many facilities cut this list down to approximately 15-20 depending on the level of granularity desired. These options will be selected by admissions staff working in the prospect pipeline.

Call Queue Dispositions: When a call comes in through the Call Queue it can be quickly classified before moving on using a disposition. This list allows you track the types of calls entering the call queue and can be examined with marketing to make informed business decisions.

Contact Relationships: Within a prospect's profile, users can add contacts associated with the prospect. This list provides the different relationship options to classify each contact in a more descriptive manner.

Denial Criteria: After adding an opportunity to a client record and working it through your admissions process, a decision is made. If denying the client, the CRM allows you to indicate why so you can track common reasons you deny an admission.

Employment Status: When creating patient records, the employment status field can be utilized to indicate the current job status for the individual.

These attributes are searchable criteria. The list offers a range of options and can be customized to avoid sifting through an extensive catalog.

Interested In: After adding an opportunity to a client record, admission staff can record the services that a client is interested in. This list contains a variety of services that may not be offered by your facility.

Method of Payment: When processing patient records, users can specify the exact payment method the client will be leveraging to pay for their treatment services. Super Users can customize this list to ensure only the applicable payment options appear for selection to streamline the documentation process.

Organization Types: A required field when creating a referral source. This data field classifies your accounts and other business relationships by the industry or services they are associated to. This information is available in the Business Intelligence section and standard reports. It provides insights into which types of business relationships yield the highest number of referrals. Show and hide the different types of accounts you would like to track so you do not needlessly fracture your data.

Patient Status: The Patient status field is used to classify the current state of the client as it relates to your organization. Common statuses used are prospect, patient, and discharged.

Placement Level: When documenting a final decision on treatment opportunities, users can specify the specific level of care that the patient will be admitted into. Adjusting this to match your facility offerings will ensure accurate documentation within the system.

Referred Through Types: Answers how the prospect heard about your organization. Fields are dynamic and will expand to accommodate specifics. Marketing Event and Organization / Person will display the marketing efforts and business relationships your organization has. Strongly advised to leave these enabled.

Seeking Treatment For: Upon adding an opportunity to a client record, the admissions staff has the capability to document the conditions for which the client is seeking treatment. This list outlines the general health condition that the prospect aims to address.
