Signature On File Guide

The signature-on-file feature allows Kipu CRM users to set up a stored signature which is applied to Live Forms sent to the Kipu EMR. The signature can be referenced to identify the agent who performed the assessment and the date/time of signing.

 

 

Setting Up Signature

  1. When logged into the Kipu CRM, select your display name located on the top right-hand corner of the screen.2022-12-27_12-44-11.png
  2. From the drop-down list, select Signature on File.2022-12-27_13-18-36.png
  3. Click on the Signature Type drop-down and choose Draw or Use Font.2022-12-27_13-30-45.png

Using Draw Option

  1. Using the drop-down arrow choose Draw as your signature type.2022-12-27_13-30-45.png
  2. Draw your signature using a mouse or trackpad.2022-12-27_13-34-27.png
  3. Verify that the new signature is visible in the Final Rendering area, and select Accept.2022-12-28_10-27-55.png
  4. Select Save Signature to finalize your signature on file.2022-12-28_10-32-05.png

Using Font Option

  1. Select Use Font for the signature type.2022-12-27_13-30-45.png
  2. Select the desired font for your signature using the Select Your Font drop-down.2022-12-28_10-44-57.png
  3. Type your desired signature in the text field. A preview of the newly selected font will appear in the rending area. 2022-12-28_10-47-42.png
  4. Select Accept to record your signature. Verify that your new signature is present in the Final Rendering area.2022-12-28_10-50-10.png
