This guide covers how to sign up for the CRM after your user profile has been created by a super user.
Important: Only super users can create or modify a user profile.
Installing Google Chrome

We highly recommend using Google Chrome when using the Kipu CRM. Click Download Google Chrome to access the Chrome site.
Accepting Invitation
- The super user for your tenant triggers a sign-up invitation sent to the email address associated with your new user profile.

Please search your email inbox for an email with You have been invited to start using Kipu CRM as the subject line.

If you are not able to find the invitation in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

- Click on the signup invitation link in the email.
Email Signup

The link takes you to the signup page, where you will click Email signup.

Enter the email address associated with your user profile for the Kipu CRM and click Send Verification Code.
- An email with the verification code will be sent to your email address
- Once you have received the verification code, please copy and paste the code into the Verification Code field and then click Verify code. (Again, if you cannot find the email, be sure to check your spam folder.)
Creating Password

Input your desired display name and create your password, and confirm it by entering it again on the line below.
Important: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and require at least three of these character types to be present in the password.
Finalize Account
- Enter the invitation code included in the invitation email.
- Finally, select Create.
Warning: You may be routed to a webpage with an error message. However, you can correct the issue by changing the URL to https://www.kipucrm.com/Home, redirects you to the desired page.
