The Notification Center lets you stay informed about crucial system events and actions with personalized notifications in an easily accessible, centralized hub. 

Requirements

Must have an active CRM user profile

Utilizing the Notification Center

To locate and use the notification center, follow the steps below.

  1. Select your display name on the top right-hand corner of the screen.2025-01-08_09-03-14.png
    • Important
      The display name area will display a numeric counter representing the total number of unread notifications sent to your user profile.
  2. Select Notifications.2025-01-08_09-04-48.png
  3. The Notification Center will appear, showcasing important information such as the date of notification, notification type, subject, and the ability to view the message.
  4. To review a notification, select View.
  5. A preview modal will appear, displaying the contents of the notification, including any relevant hyperlinks.
  6. To dismiss the preview modal, select Close.
  7. The notification will be marked as read and the notification record will be moved to the read messages section of the grid.
    • Important
      To return to unread notifications, enable the Showing unread messages toggle.
  8. select the checkbox beside the notification you would like to delete.
    • Important
      Please note, that the system will auto-delete notifications that are older than 180 days.
  • Next, select Delete.
    • Important
      Any existing email notification subscriptions linked to your user profile will now appear in the notification center, ensuring that you receive notifications through both email and the center itself, providing two methods of staying informed about important system events.
