The Tenant Error Message Center is a comprehensive log, meticulously capturing system errors that may arise during daily operations. These errors can stem from diverse factors, such as misconfigurations in email marketing settings or instances where users with inadequate permissions attempt to access features beyond their authorization. This feature empowers super users by providing a centralized platform to proactively identify and address issues in the CRM environment.
User Requirements
Only users with one of the following roles can access this feature.
- Super User
- RB Client Super User
- RB Client Super User with User Management
- KipuCRM Super User
Tenant Form Mapping
- FRM-0001 - Unable to parse message from provider
- FRM-0002 - Unable to parse message from provider
- FRM-0003 - FormStackId: {idgoeshere} not found"
Error Code Glossary
- Security
- SEC-0001 - The user's IP address is not in the whitelist.
- This should only happen if the whitelist functionality is enabled on the tenant and the client has an ip address that is not set up in said whitelist.
- SEC-0002 - The user has no permission to execute an action.
- Check the user's security group and determine if the user should be able to do what they are trying to do.
- SEC-0001 - The user's IP address is not in the whitelist.

- EM-AC0001 - No default email marketing list setup for Patients.
- EM-AC0002 - No default email marketing list setup for Patient Contacts.
- EM-AC0003 - No default email marketing list setup for Referral Source Contacts

- EM-AC0001 - No default email marketing list setup for Patients.
- EM-AC0002 - No default email marketing list setup for Patient Contacts.

- EM-MC0001 - No default email marketing list setup for Patients Contacts
- EM-MC0002 - The specified Patient Contact list cannot be found at Mail Chimp.

- EM-MC0004 - Referral Source Contact list cannot be found at Mail Chimp.
- EM-MC0005 - No default email marketing list setup for Patients.
- EM-MC0006 - The patient default list is not found at Mail Chimp.
- EM-MC0007 - Missing data center in credentials. Please re-authenticate your Mailchimp account.
- EM-MC0008 - Invalid Data Center, please re-authorize.
Using the Tenant Error Message Center
To access the Tenant Error Message Center, please follow the steps below.
- From anywhere in the Kipu CRM, select the Tenant Error Message Center icon.
- Note: The icon will display a count showcasing the number of error messages present.
- You will be presented with the following page displaying the following sections:
- Error Messages: This area will display the unique error codes that have been logged by the system.
- Error Details: This area will showcase the details behind the error code you have selected.
- In the Error Messages area, If there is a particular error code you would like to remove from this view, please select Ignore.
- A confirmation prompt will appear, select Yes, Ignore.
- Once the error code has been set to ignore, the error code will migrate to the ignored list outside of the user's view.
- If this action was performed by mistake, simply select Unignore.
- A confirmation prompt will appear, select yes, stop ignoring.
- To proceed with examining the details behind a particular error code, select the row that corresponds to the Error Code you would like to review.
- Once the error code has been selected, the Error Details area will populate with the relative error message information that has been classified under the specific code.
- Note: This area will showcase the date in which the error occurred along with the exact message that corresponds to it
- To acknowledge that you have reviewed the particular error message on the list, place a checkmark in the checkbox field and select Mark as Read.
- Alternatively, Users can place a checkmark in the select all checkbox to quickly choose all errors that are present in the list.
- A confirmation prompt will appear, select Yes, mark as read.
- Once the error messages have been acknowledged, this will migrate to the read messages list.
- If this action was performed by mistake, place a checkmark on the desired error record and select Mark as Unread.
- A confirmation prompt will appear, select yes, mark as unread.
- In case there is a message you would like to terminate from the Tenant Error Message Center, proceed to place a check mark on the desired error message and select Delete.
- A confirmation prompt will appear, select Yes, delete these records.
Important
Error Messages will be automatically deleted in 180 days.
