Mass Update Feature

The Mass Update feature will allow quick and seamless bulk modifications across relationship managers for referral sources and referral source contacts. The Mass Update application also allows you to perform mass call queue disposition updates.

Using the Mass Update Application

To request a particular mass update in the system, follow the steps below.

1. Hover your mouse over Admin and select Mass Update to access the application.
2. Select the Mass Update Type field.
3. Choose the update type from the Mass Update Type drop-down
   • Referral Source Relationship Manager
   • Referral Source Backup Relationship Manager
   • Referral Source Contact Relationship Manager
   • Referral Source Contact Backup Relationship Manager
   • Call Queue Disposition
   • Form Queue Disposition
   • Import Payors from EMR to CRM
   • Opportunity Inactivity Status Update.
4. Enter your desired relationship manager source and target values in the correct fields.
   • Important: For mass updates related to Referral Sources, "source" indicates the current relationship manager, while "target" indicates the new relationship manager you want to replace the current one with.
5. Alternatively, if the Call Queue Disposition mass update type is selected, enter a begin date, and end date, and specify a desired disposition to be applied to call records that fall in the time frame.
6. Mass call records can be updated based on the caller's name and phone number. Dispositions are required to proceed with the mass update.
7. Select Start Update to begin the mass update.
8. A confirmation prompt will appear. Select Yes, Update if you wish to move forward.
9. The request will populate into the Mass Update queue. This area will showcase key information such as:
   • Create Date 
   • Type
   • Total Records
   • Records Affected
   • Progress
   • Status
   • Requested By 
10. Once the request finishes updating, the status column will say Completed.
11. Select EMR Payor Sync to scan all EMR instances tied to the CRM to view a current list of payors to avoid duplicate entries.
    • It will pull a list of all unique Kipu Insurance IDs from each EMR instance connected to the CRM account + any manually created payors.
    • It will disregard any duplicate payors that have the same Kipu Insurance ID, Shortcode, and External Payor ID.
    • If a matching payor already exists in the CRM tenant, it will skip it to avoid generating duplicates.
    • If it is unique, the system will import it into the CRM Payor List.

Update Status Type

1. Referral Source Relationship Manager: This mass update will enable you to update multiple referral source managers simultaneously.
   
2. Referral Source Backup Relationship Manager: This mass-update feature will enable you to update multiple secondary referral source managers simultaneously.
   
3. Referral Source Contact Relationship Manager: This mass-update feature will enable you to update multiple referral source contact relationship managers simultaneously.
   
4. Referral Source Contact Backup Relationship Manager: This mass-update feature will enable you to update multiple referral source backup contact relationship managers simultaneously.
   
5. Call Queue Disposition: This mass-update feature will enable you to update multiple call queue dispositions simultaneously.
   
   
   
6. Form Queue Disposition: This mass-update feature will enable you to update multiple form queue dispositions simultaneously.
   
7. Import Payors: This mass-update feature will enable you to import multiple payors simultaneously from the EMR tot he CRM.
   
   
   
8. Opportunity Inactvity Status: This mass-update feature will enable you to update multiple inactive oportunity statues simultaneously.
