The My Marketing Pipeline feature provides marketing-oriented users with a centralized area to review their active and completed referrals from marketing events for which they are the event manager.
Requirements
- The user must have one of the following security roles:
- Super User
- RB Client Super User
- RB Client Super User with User Management
- KipuCRM Super User
- Marketing Only for 3rd Party Marketing Setup (With Reports)
- Auditor - Read Only
- Combined +
- Combined (Admissions and B.D.)
- Business Development
- Business Development Plus
- RB Client Combined Admissions and Bus Dev
- Combined Admissions and Business Development
- User must be assigned to a marketing event as a primary or secondary event manager.
Utilizing the My Marketing Pipeline
For steps on how to locate and use the My BD Pipeline feature, please refer to the steps below.
- Select CRM. Hover your mouse over Business Development and select My Marketing Pipeline.

The My Marketing Pipeline will appear displaying all active and in-process referrals sent to your organization from marketing events that you manage.

Users can perform any of the following quick actions by right-clicking on any record present on the grid:
- Open Patient Profile
- Add Patient Communication Log
- Create Patient Task
- Open Marketing Event Information
Important
To view closed/completed referrals on the My Marketing Pipeline grid, set the toggle to Viewing Completed.
