Mass Communication Feature

The Mass Communication feature allows mass referral source communication logs across different records in the CRM.

  1. Select CRM > Business Development > Mass Communication.2025-03-03_11-51-33.png
  2. Click Add Comm Log.2025-03-03_11-53-42.png
  3. Search for your desired referral source or referral source contact.2025-03-03_11-56-19.png
  4. After selecting the referral source, select Load All Contacts or Add All Contacts.2025-03-03_11-58-36.png
  5. Once the contacts have been added, you can remove unnecessary contacts or remove them all if required.2025-03-03_12-01-43.png
  6. Complete all the required fields (indicated with asterisks (*)) and select Save Changes to finalize.
