The Mass Communication feature allows mass referral source communication logs across different records in the CRM.
- Select CRM > Business Development > Mass Communication.
- Click Add Comm Log.
- Search for your desired referral source or referral source contact.
- After selecting the referral source, select Load All Contacts or Add All Contacts.
- Once the contacts have been added, you can remove unnecessary contacts or remove them all if required.
- Complete all the required fields (indicated with asterisks (*)) and select Save Changes to finalize.
