How do I give Users the Ability to Export Grids?

Issue

I need to add or edit BI Access so that it appears in the User Management Grid.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Features: User Management

Resolution

  1. A Super User can grant other users the ability to export grids by navigating to the Manage Users section by selecting Admin > Security > Manage Users.
  2. In the User Management section, locate and select the user profile you wish to edit to open the focus panel on the right.  
  3. In the Focus Panel, locate the option titled Allow Grid Export and select Yes, then Save Changes. 

Cause

A user is missing the Allow Grid Export permission on their user profile.
