When attempting to create a new user profile, an error occurs indicating that the domain is invalid. How can I resolve this issue so that I can move forward with creating a new user in the Kipu CRM?

Resolution

To resolve the issue of an invalid domain error when creating a new user profile, please contact CRM support for assistance.

  • Contact CRM Support by using one of the following methods:
  • Upon receiving this request, a CRM support representative will proceed to update your domain whitelist accordingly.

Important
Newly added domains on the whitelist will be recognized by the system instantaneously, allowing you to quickly proceed with user creation.
