The Tenant Users Usage Report in the Kipu CRM provides Super Users with a comprehensive view of all user activity. It includes the number of user sessions, login and logout timestamps, and total time calculations. A session is defined as any system process initiated as a result of a user’s interaction with the CRM.
Accessing Report
- Analytics > Miscellaneous Reports> Tenat Users Usage Report
Creating Report
- Select the usage field to choose usage days.
Choose last 7, 30, or 90 usage days.
Select Run Report.
To view a user’s activity, select the arrow icon to the left of their name. This will expand the record and display all login activity for the selected date range.
