How Do I Set Up A Specific User To Appear In The Care Coordinator List?

Issue

I would like to set up a user to appear as an available option for selection in the Care Coordinator list.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Manage Users

Important
If you are managed by a third-party biller, it is possible you will not see these roles available for your tenant. Contact support for more assistance.

Resolution

For guidance on how to set up a specific user to appear in the Care Coordinator list, please reference the steps below:

  1. In the Admin tab, hover your mouse over Security and select Manage Users from the dropdown menu.
  2. In the User Management grid, use the Name column to search for the specific user. 
  3. Click the row corresponding to the desired user you would like to manage.
  4. The focus panel will appear. Select the Notifications & Settings tab.
  5. Using the Employee Areas field, select Care Coordinator.
  6. Select Save Changes on the lower right-hand corner of the Focus Panel.
  7. The user will now appear as an available option for selection on the Care Coordinator field.
