Issue
I need to add multifactor authentication to a user's profile.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Features: User Management
Resolution
- A Super User can add or remove the multi-factor authentication requirement from other users' accounts in the Manage Users section by navigating to Admin > Security > Manage Users.
- Under User Management, select the desired user name to open the focus panel on the right.
- In the modal, locate the option titled Enforce Multi-Factor Auth and set it to Yes, then select Save Changes.
- In the modal, locate the option titled Enforce Multi-Factor Auth and set it to Yes, then select Save Changes.
Note
To remove Multi-Factor Auth, set Enforce Multi-Factor Auth to No.
Cause
A user has the incorrect settings in place for multi-factor authentication.
