My User Never Got Their Invitation Code, How Can I Resend It?

Issue

The invitation email was never sent to my employee when I set up their profile, how do I resend it?

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Features: User Management

Resolution

A super user can resend invitation codes from the Manage Users area.

  1. To begin, click on Admin > Security > Manage Users
  2. Under User Management, select the desired user's name to open the focus panel on the right. 
  3. In the modal, locate and select the action icon in the top left corner.
  4. Select Send Invite.
  5. After sending the invitation, your user should see the following email.
