Issue
The invitation email was never sent to my employee when I set up their profile, how do I resend it?
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Features: User Management
Resolution
A super user can resend invitation codes from the Manage Users area.
- To begin, click on Admin > Security > Manage Users.
- Under User Management, select the desired user's name to open the focus panel on the right.
- In the modal, locate and select the action icon in the top left corner.
- Select Send Invite.
- After sending the invitation, your user should see the following email.
