Issue

When attempting to create a new user profile, an error occurs indicating that the domain is invalid. How can I resolve this issue so that I can move forward with creating a new user in the Kipu CRM?

Resolution

To resolve the issue of an invalid domain error when creating a new user profile, please contact CRM support for assistance.
 

  • Contact CRM Support by using one of the following methods:
  • Upon receiving this request, a CRM support representative will proceed to update your domain whitelist accordingly.

Important
For security and business policy reasons, we do not approve or whitelist user accounts associated with competing organizations for access to customer tenants. Requests of this nature will be declined.
If access is required for a legitimate business purpose, please contact your account representative to discuss available alternatives.
