How Can I View Past Phone VOBs Performed for a Patient?

Issue

I need to view a patient's phone VOB history.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Admissions Worker

Resolution

A patient's phone VOB history can be accessed from their Patient Record. 

1. Navigate to the desired patient record by entering the patient's name in the global search bar.
2. Locate and select Phone VOB History from within the navigation panel on the left-hand side.
3. Select VOB 2.0 History to view all of the patient's phone VOB history performed under VOB version 2.0.
4. Alternatively, select the Phone VOB History tab to view all phone VOBs performed using VOB version 1.0.
