How can we view the most recent communications we had with a referral source?

Resolution
To access the latest communication interactions with a referral source, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Navigate to CRM > Business Development > Referral Source.
- Using the Organization Name filter, input the name of the referral source that you would like to examine.
- Select the row that corresponds to the referral source in the grid.
- The referral source focus panel will appear. Select the Activities tab.
Important
The Activities tab displays all Communication Log and Note records associated with the referral source in chronological order, with the latest records shown at the top (descending order).
